High-Efficiency Concrete Surface Hardener and Densifier
HARDENER-FORMULA is a high-efficiency surface hardener and densifier for concrete floors subjected to heavy forklift traffic. It is formulated with colloids and thermoplastic resins that penetrate the concrete pores, increasing surface strength and durability.
Most hardeners on the market are sodium and lithium silicate-based, making them highly alkaline, corrosive, and offering low penetration, requiring two to three coats for application. HARDENER-FORMULA is a nano-colloid-based hardener for polished concrete surfaces, which is less alkaline, less corrosive, and deeply penetrating, applied in a single coat. The nano-particles in SRA interact with the substrate at a greater depth, ensuring high abrasion resistance and significantly increasing surface durability, even under heavy forklift traffic.
After applying HARDENER-FORMULA, a fine surface dust (excess nano-particles) may appear, which is harmless to health and the environment and can be easily removed with regular washing.

How to Use:
For Floors Without Chemical Curing:
Apply HARDENER-FORMULA to a surface that is at least 7 days old.
Clean and prepare the surface using an industrial scrubber, saturating it with water.
While the floor is still damp, apply Pisocrete Fórmula with a broom in a single coat.
After 20 minutes (time may vary with temperature), remove excess product with a squeegee and allow it to dry.
For Floors with AC 309 or 309R Chemical Curing:
Wait 20 days after the chemical curing application.
Use an industrial scrubber with a green pad to remove the acrylic surface film.
Clean and prepare the surface using an industrial scrubber, saturating it with water.
While the floor is still damp, apply SRA with a broom in a single coat.
After 20 minutes (time may vary with temperature), remove excess product with a squeegee and allow it to dry.
