CHEMICAL CURING -
aC 309
AC 309 is a water-based chemical curing agent, specially designed for application on floors, slabs, pavements, and precast fresh concrete in outdoor environments (uncovered areas). It offers high coverage efficiency, providing the best cost-benefit ratio on the market, along with excellent surface protection and no floor pathologies.
CHEMICAL CURING -
AC 309R
AC 309R is a chemical curing agent based on polymer resins in an aqueous medium, specially designed for application on floors, slabs, and precast fresh concrete in indoor environments (covered and enclosed areas).
Chemical curing is applied directly to the fresh concrete surface (within 12 hours of placement), delaying excessive water loss until the concrete hardens. This improves cement hydration, enhances surface strength, and prevents plastic shrinkage cracks. Additionally, it forms a thin protective film over the applied area, safeguarding the surface from dirt during the concrete placement and hardening process.

AC DRY
AC DRY is a water-based, non-film-forming chemical curing agent, specially designed for curing concrete floors, slabs, and precast elements in both indoor and outdoor environments that will later receive coatings or paint.
The application of AC DRY, a non-film-forming chemical curing agent, provides a moisturizing action and reduces water evaporation from the concrete. These combined effects ensure optimal concrete hydration.
CONCRETE SURFACE
HARDENER
A high-efficiency concrete surface hardener and densifier, based on colloids and thermoplastic resins. It penetrates the pores of the concrete matrix and reacts with the compounds formed during the cement hydration process, generating controlled-size crystals that enhance the strength and durability of concrete surfaces.
CONCRETE HARDENER AND DENSIFIER
A colloid-based hardener and densifier for concrete and mortar surfaces. It increases the strength and durability of concrete surfaces, preventing abrasion wear. This process occurs through a reaction with the compounds formed during cement hydration.
SHRINKAGE-REDUCING ADMIXTURE
AC-SRA Shrinkage-Reducing Admixture is a polymeric dispersion designed to reduce drying shrinkage in concrete and cementitious mixtures, significantly minimizing cracking caused by this phenomenon. It also reduces concrete permeability without altering its mechanical strength.
AC BONDING -BONDING AGENT
ACBonding Agent is a high-performance synthetic resin used as a chemical bonding bridge between cementitious substrates (overlays). It provides excellent plasticity and adhesion in mortars, roughcast coatings, and Portland cement-based concrete.
