AC DRY – Water-Based, Non-Film-Forming Chemical Curing Agent
AC DRY is a water-based, non-film-forming chemical curing agent, specially designed for curing concrete floors, slabs, and precast elements in indoor or outdoor environments that will later receive coatings or paint.
The application of Acrilcura DRY, a non-film-forming chemical curing agent, provides a moisturizing action and reduces water evaporation from the concrete. These combined effects ensure optimal concrete hydration.
Function:
Delays water loss from fresh concrete, improving cement hydration. Enhances concrete surface strength. Prevents plastic shrinkage cracks. Allows the adhesion of coatings and paints to the floor.

How to Use:
Apply immediately after floor finishing. Use a backpack sprayer with a conical nozzle. Apply a single coat, avoiding overlap and excess product. Coverage: 10 to 14 m²/liter. Drying time: 30 to 90 minutes. Clean the sprayer and nozzle before and after use.
Application Method Using a Backpack Sprayer:
Keep the spray nozzle 60-80 cm from the application surface. Apply a single coat with a wide spray pattern, in a slow and continuous motion. Avoid overlapping layers and additional coating. Proper application is indicated by a coverage rate of over 10 m²/liter on polished surfaces.
