SRA LP – High-Efficiency Concrete Surface Hardener and Densifier
HARDENER LP is a high-efficiency surface hardener and densifier, completely pure, free of resins or other additives. Its nano-colloid-based composition penetrates deep into the concrete pores, increasing strength, durability, and surface impermeability.
In response to the demand for a less alkaline and less corrosive alternative to sodium and lithium silicate-based hardeners, was developed HARDENER LP. This nano-colloid formulation offers superior performance and coverage, with deeper penetration into the concrete surface.
This innovative product requires only a single coat, unlike other market hardeners that need two to three coats. The result is higher yield per square meter, better and deeper penetration, and enhanced surface durability.

How to Use:
For Floors Without Chemical Curing or with AC Dry (Non-Film-Forming Curing):
Apply HARDENER LP on surfaces that are at least 7 days old. Clean and prepare the surface using an industrial scrubber or similar equipment, saturating it with water (without puddles). While the floor is still damp, apply HARDENER LP with a broom (scrubbing to enhance penetration) in a single coat. After 20 minutes (time may vary with temperature), remove excess product with a squeegee. Wait for the surface to dry before allowing traffic.
For Floors with AC 309 or AC 309R Chemical Curing:
Wait 20 days after the chemical curing application. Use an industrial scrubber with a green pad to remove the acrylic surface film. Follow steps 2 to 5 from the application process for non-chemically cured floors.
